The boutique collection of luxury apartments towards the top end of ICD Property’s Aspire Melbourne in the CBD, have been listed for sale.

Dubbed Aspire Residences, the collection of quarter floor, half floor, full floor, sub-penthouse and penthouse residences crown the 65 level tower to be built at 229 King Street.

Elenberg Fraser have designed the tower.

Prices start from $2.15 million for the smaller apartments to $12.8 million for the penthouse.

Complete with interiors by interior designer David Hicks, the apartments will feature Gaggenau, Miele and Sub-Zero appliances in the kitchens and the best views the tower on the foot of Flagstaff Gardens has to offer.

There will be an indoor swimming pool for residents, a private outdoor day spa, a gym, whiskey parlour, games room, champagne conservatory and  a ball room.

ICD Property are developing the 211 metre tower in a joint venture with one of its financier’s MaxCap. It will home a total of 565 apartments

The local builder Hickory are constructing the tower which is expected to be completed in January 2023.
