Land Real offering $20k incentives at South Kingsville apartment development Newport Village

The property developer Land Real are offering $20,000 savings on all of their two and three bedroom apartments at their South Kingsville development, Newport Village.

The limited time offer will see prices for the two bedroom apartments drop from $575,000 to $555,000 and three beds from $900,000 to $880,000.

One bedroom apartments are priced from $435,000.

There are only 34 apartments in the SJB-designed Blackshaws Road development, which will feature a number of townhouses that are expected to be released this year.

SJB have designed the apartments so every apartment takes in views of Newport Lakes Reserve and Ducrow Reserve.

The building is crowned with a resident rooftop terrace, complete with barbecue facilities.

The well regarded building firm Hamilton Marino has been appointed to construct the development. Site works have commenced and completion is slated for late 2022.
