Isle of Capri to get first large scale residential development in three decades
The Isle of Nightingale Village on the Gold Coast is set to see the first large scale residential project in the tightly held island in over three decades.
Local developer Monaco Property Group (MPG) has been given the green light to develop Nightingale Village, a gated community with just 48 two and three-level villas.
Designed by award-winning firm Plus Architecture, the 1.2 hectare masterplan will have a central residents lounge, BBQ pavilion, resort style swimming pool, relaxation and cabana areas, and lush tropical gardens.
Monaco Property Group Managing Director Jonathan Grasso says the project will bring a new level of luxury and inner city living to Isle of Nightingale Village.
“Nightingale Village includes five unique villa designs, with large open plan living, multipurpose rooms and villa options of three or four bedrooms," Grasso says.
“Nightingale Village will feature three storey residences on Elliott Street with private landscaped courtyard entries, two storey residences on Salerno Street with articulated courtyards, and a mixture of two storey residences opening into the communal area."
Landscape architecture firm LDG has designed a lush tropical oasis at the heart of the estate.
The sales display suite is on site, with kitchen and bathroom interiors and the luxury finishes of Gaggenau appliances, marble bench tops and European oak timber floors.
NPA Projects Director Andrew Erwin, who will handle the marketing of the project, says Nightingale Village offers buyers possibly the best new and most strategic inner city real estate on the Gold Coast.
“Isle of Nightingale Village is unparalleled with its level of connectivity, allowing simple and quick access to Southport and its private schools, Broadbeach and its dining, shopping and entertainment precinct, Bundall and the commercial centre and the HOTA arts precinct.
“Residents will be just a short walk to the vibrant Nightingale Village on Via Roma shopping and dining precinct, Surfers Paradise, and world-famous beaches. It ticks every conceivable box.”
