The Melbourne-based developer ICD Property have taken out three awards at the 2021 International Property Awards.

The three awards were for their 65-storey Melbourne CBD tower, Aspire Melbourne, which will stand over 200 metres high from its King Street position when completed at the start of 2023.

Aspire won the awards for the Best Residential High-Rise Development in Australia, the Best Residential High-Rise Architecture in Asia Pacific, and the 5-Star Best Residential High-Rise Architecture in Australia.

ICD Property's Managing Director Matt Khoo told Urban.com.au that winning the awards was a great recognition of Aspire Melbourne's truly unique offering.

"There is genuinely nothing else in the market like Aspire Melbourne available at the level of quality and amenities that Aspire has," Khoo says.

"Specifically, being labelled the Best Residential High-Rise building in the whole Asia Pacific region for Architecture is a huge achievement for the team, particularly our architects Elenberg Fraser who have done an incredible job designing the tower’s elegant, sleek curvature façade to offer as many apartments stunning outlook views of Flagstaff Gardens, Melbourne’s skyline, and the open Docklands bay area.”

Hickory Group are currently constructing the 210 metre, 534 apartment tower which is slated for completion in early 2023.

Aspire has been developed by ICD in partnership with MaxCap Group, with interior design guru David Hicks handling the interiors of the upper 73 apartments known as the Aspire Residences.

Aspire will home some of the most impressive amenities that can be found in a residential development.

There's set to be a whiskey parlour, champagne conservatory, library and co-working lounge, gym, spa, sauna, hydro pool, grand ballroom, and several dining rooms.

It was the 30th year the International Property Awards were held, with judging from an independent panel of 70 industry experts.
