Why would you leave? Anthem at Essendon residents treated to High Performance Living

Residents at the boutique Essendon North apartment development Anthem will feel like they hardly have to leave the complex.

The developer Blue Earth Group, led by brothers Omran and Michael Dib, are calling it "High Performance Living", offering residents access to a level of amenity rarely seen in an apartment development.

The Collingwood-based CHT Architects have designed the building, having worked with Blue Earth on a number of projects previously.

They're giving residents of the mid 200 apartment development top of the range facilities, including the gym, fitted with the latest exercise machines from the leading fitness firm Technogym.

The gym will be accompanied by a wellness centre complete with yoga studio, spa, steam room and sauna.

There's a private dining area and kitchen which can be booked out by residents, as well as a games room and arcade and a co-working lounge.

Blue Earth have catered for the golfer. The closest golf club is six kilometres away at Riverside Golf Club, so Anthem is kitted out with its own golf simulator.

The amenities will sit across Anthem's three low-rise buildings comprising six storeys each.

The landscaped grounds will feature a central garden, a green house garden and a retreat garden.

Prices at Anthem start from $439,000 for a one bedroom apartment, $555,000 for two bedroom apartments and $819,000 for three bedders.
